1. Order Accuracy

This should go without saying, but we have to say it: you are responsible for providing us with correct and complete home address delivery information. If your package is undeliverable, or delivered to a wrong address as a result of you providing us with inaccurate or missing delivery information, we will not be held responsible for any loss or damage. Any errors are the responsibility of the purchaser and so we ask that you please read the following:

Please check that your order information is correct, especially your reply e-mail address; delivery address, including apartment or rural route number; correct street name; zip code and the recipient’s phone number before submitting your order. Additionally please make sure that your credit card number, security code, and billing address are correct before submitting your order. (Note: this may be different from your delivery address). You will not be able to complete your order without this accurate information and you will need to resubmit your order. This is for your protection as well as ours.

If you find any errors after you place your order, you must contact us by phone or email within 24 hours and receive confirmation of corrected delivery address. We will email you a corrected delivery address as verification of correction. If for any reason we ourselves find information regarding your order to be incomplete, we will call or email you to verify your information. In some cases, your order may contain items that are no longer in stock. We do our best to ensure that the website reflects what we have available, but this is not always possible. In the event that this occurs, we will contact you and let you know when your desired product will be back in stock.

2. Order Changes or Cancellations

We are working hard to ensure rapid, on-time delivery, which limits our ability to accept cancellations. You may change your order, or cancel your order entirely, up until noon of the following day after placing your order. You may cancel by phone or by email to orders@ourskinny.com. Please note: you must receive a confirmation number for cancellation to be complete. All cancellations will incur a $10 processing fee to cover all costs and fees associated with processing your refund.

3. Shipping and Delivery

Please be assured that your items will ship within two business days. We understand how important it is to receive your OurSkinny Mini Meals in a timely fashion once you have made the commitment, and so this is our commitment to you.

Once you submit your order, we go immediately to work. Orders placed during regular business hours will be fulfilled the following day and shipped via UPS ground service. Orders placed on Friday will ship the following Monday. As for pricing: we cat a flat rate of $13.00 for one week of OurSkinny Mini Meals, half-price at $7.00 for two weeks worth, and we offer FREE shipping for four-week orders. At this time, we are only able to ship within the continental United States. Please note: out of state orders WILL NOT be charged sales tax. Orders delivered within the state of Georgia will be charged the standard 7% sales tax.

If you are trying to estimate when a package will be delivered, please note the following: credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing. UPS deliveries occur Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Your shipment will include a packing slip outlining the products contained therein. Please check the accuracy of your order immediately and report any problems to orders@ourskinny.com.

4. Returns

We will accept returns of any unused, unopened product within 14-days of the date of receipt, as noted on the UPS confirmation of delivery that we receive when your order arrives. All returns require a Return Authorization Number, which can be obtained from a member of our Customer Service Team by calling (912)354-4687 or by emailing us at orders@ourskinny.com. All refunds will be provided as a credit to the card that was used at the time of purchase within five (5) business days upon receipt of the returned merchandise.
