We called it Ourlife Fresh, but given the success of the Style Network show “Ruby,” it became known as “Ruby’s Meal Plan.” (Ruby Gettinger lost over 200 pounds with Dr. Bradley’s help.)
Unfortunately, despite excellent results for those who could, having 3 meals prepared for you every day does not fit most people’s budgets.
Most people don’t have time to eat 3 meals a day anyway, and so we went back to the drawing board…
